From the Convener's Desk (4-2-2010)

Dear Delegate,

The date for the conference is approaching and I am eager to meet all of you in person. We are trying our best to make your visit as comfortable, enjoyable and fruitful as possible.

Most of you who have requested for accommodation have been provided the same and informed about it. Others will be informed shortly. In case of any clarifications, please get in touch with the accommodation committee.

Information about reaching IIT Campus are given on website in ‘Venue’. Many of the delegates have been provided accommodation outside the IIT campus. They should reach their places directly. Necessary information including the contact numbers have been provided to them by the accommodation committee.

Transport arrangements have been made during the conference period to bring the delegates to workshop and conference venue. Information about this will be available at your places of residence.

For all the delegates staying in hostels, as well as those staying outside the campus, breakfast arrangements have been made in the IIT campus from 17th to 20th February 2010. It will be served between 7:30am and 8:55 am. It is essential that delegates start in time by using the transport to reach in time. Your cooperation in this matter is essential.

Announcements regarding transport arrangements will be made from time to time and will also be put up on the notice boards during the conference.

Delegates are requested to enter the IIT Campus through the ‘Main Gate’. Help desk will be arranged at the main gate to receive and guide the delegates on 17th and 18th. You may also contact the following persons if required.

If you face any difficulty please do not hesitate to contact the Organizers .We will try our best.
