SpouseRegistrations: Spouse and children accompanying the delegates are permitted to avail the facility of Conference lunches, Tea breaks, Dinner and Cultural programme. In case of delegates, who wish to avail this facility, they must register the additional persons. The charges are Rs 2000 per additional person for Indiandelegate and US $ 100 per person for foreign delegates. No charges are payable for children below the age of five. Please note that no registration kit will be provided for additional registrants and they are not permitted to participate in the technical sessions of the Conference.
