Poster Presentation and Guidelines

The Poster Session is scheduled as follows at Foyer of the Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management (SJMSOM), IIT Bombay.

1. 18th February, 2010 at 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm (EMP+EN+HD)
2. 19th February, 2010 at 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm (FM+MD)
3. 20th February, 2010 at 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm (FD+FE+NS)

It will be an interactive session, to talk to your viewers and to answer questions.

General guidelines:

1. The size of the poster should be restricted to a maximum of 1.2m (Height) X 0.9m (width).
2. The title of the paper and author names should be printed at the top of the poster.
3. Participants are requested to put up their posters at the assigned position no later than 12:00 noon on the day of your presentation.
4. The position for each poster will be marked by the abstract number and poster ID number. Please check your abstract number and poster ID number in the program. Double sided tape would be made available for each poster board. Please contact the poster committee desk in the SOM Foyer.
5. The posters should be pasted in such a way that the poster ID displayed on the board by the organizers is visible.
6. Posters should be taken down no later than 5:00 pm on 18th, 19th and 20th Feb 2010.
