Accommodation Information

Accommodation in Mumbai tends to be expensive and in great demand throughout the year and getting a decent accommodation at affordable costs is a very difficult task. ICONSAT-2010 has made special arrangements at hotels, guest houses and hostels in the vicinity at discounted rates. These will be available on a first-come-first-served basis. To avail these rates, the reservations must be done through the form given below following the procedures outlined in this document.

Accommodation will be provided for 4 nights (16-20 Feb. 10). In the student hostels, accommodation would be provided on payment of a fixed accommodation fee. There is no subsidy for staying for a shorter number of nights. Those who have registered for workshop (on 17th February) may report on 16th February at their respective places. It is essential to book accommodation in advance to avoid inconvenience to you.

ICONSAT will arrange bus transfers to and from the conference venue on all days of the conference from the designated hotels/guest houses mentioned below. Accommodation requisition received after January 15, the organizing committee may still help delegates find accommodation at the best possible rates in the hotels. However, the discounted rates mentioned below cannot be guaranteed.
